For the ultimate mind-body workout, indoor rock climbing is hard to beat. Using practically every muscle in your upper and lower body as well as your problem-solving skills, you scale the walls with a harness and climbing shoes (which you can hire from us). It's fun, challenging, social and you don't need any fancy gear or athletic prowess to get started. What are you waiting for? Suitable for ages 4+.
So what's bouldering? It's basically rock climbing without the ropes and harnesses – just you and your climbing shoes (which we hire out). With bouldering, you scale shorter walls and are protected by a thick, padded floor. It's also one of the fastest-growing and most social sports around. Suitable for climbers 12+ years.
Our 40 degree MoonBoard is an awesome way to train for strength and power on an interactive board - controlled by an app on your phone that illuminates the sequence on the wall. See how you go against other climbers from all over the world and even set your own problems!
Climbing isn't all we do! In fact, we have some of the biggest and best gym facilities of any climbing facility in Australia. You’ll find fully equipped gyms at both our St Leonards and Kirrawee locations, with cardio and strength machines, a range of weekly classes run by qualified instructors and personal training.
