Your vertical adventure starts here.
Indoor rock climbing is one of the hottest sports around, offering high-adrenaline fun you can enjoy solo or with friends and family, while at the same time giving you a challenging full-body workout. No two climbing surfaces or routes are the same, so you work different muscles every time you exercise.
You're supported by a harness as you scale the walls and thick pads line the floor, so you're safe at all times. And you don't need any special gear or athletic skill to take part. In fact, it's suitable for littlies as young as four years old, making it a great activity for all the family to enjoy together. Just pop along in comfy clothing, hire a pair of climbing shoes and up and away you go!
On your own? No problem! Here are 10 ways you can get into rock climbing when you don't have a partner.
