If you’re looking for a friendly and supportive gym where the trainers actually know your name, you’ve come to the right place.
While most people think of us for climbing, that’s not all we do! Climb Fit has the biggest and most extensive gym facilities of any climbing facility in Australia. You’ll find fully equipped gyms at all of our locations, with cardio and strength machines, a range of weekly classes run by qualified group exercise instructors and personal training.
Climbing is a full-body sport and we take a holistic approach to training that keeps your body in balance so you can avoid injury. So whether you’re working towards a specific climbing goal or just want to work up a good sweat, we’ve got all the gym classes you need, from high-intensity classes to gentle reconditioning and everything in between.
Our core classes run for 30 minutes and will give you a killer workout that targets all your core muscles, including your abdominals, back and glutes. All classes have modifications for newbies and more hard-core options for those wanting a challenge.

Think aerobics on a bike. This class is the ultimate sweat session with a mix of intervals on the bike designed to get your heart rate up and those leg muscles firing. If you want to get fit, this is the class for you!

A full-body strength and cardio workout – no two sessions are the same. The key to growth is always mixing things up so your body has to keep working to adapt. These classes are super-social and all fitness levels are welcome. They’re also a great way to meet other members of our community.

Relax and unwind and let the magic of Infrared do the work! Infrared Saunas work by heating the body directly, penetrating 4 - 5 cm into the skin, creating a cardiovascular workout whilst removing heavy metals and toxins via sweat. Improve circulation, sleep better and reduce pain. Your mind and body will thank you.
$20 for members, $35 for casuals/10pass holders

A class that targets core strength, balance and stretching. It's a great class to try if you're new to the gym and is a really nice way to warm up before a morning climb. 60min class suitable for all levels.
ST LEONARDS : Tuesday at 7am
FREE community run club, suitable for all levels with an emphasis on fun. Hosted by Sydney Striders leader Gilbert. Approximately 60mins jog around the local area.
6am start. Showers and change rooms available for after the session.
MACQUARIE: Thursdays at 6am, rain hail or shine.
Run by our expert strength and conditioning coach Sam Higham- this workshop is an introduction to climbing specific strength and conditioning in the gym. This will be a game changer if you're looking to improve your climbing performance and reduce your risk of injury.
