SAT 25TH JUNE, 9AM - 10:30AM AT CLIMB FIT KIRRAWEE
A 90-minute workshop style Yoga class focusing on the foundations of Yoga, especially the shapes & the breath. We will begin the class by coming together using a simple breathing practice you can take home with you - diaphragmatic breathing, also known as belly breathing which helps calm & relax you.
There will be a strong focus on the poses (asana’s), we will break some key poses down bit by bit and provide modifications that will assist your body in finding a balance of strength and ease in the shape.
Questions are welcome, in fact encouraged. Let’s move, breathe, learn and simply be together.
