STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FOR CLIMBERS

FRIDAY 24TH JUNE, 6PM - 8PM AT CLIMBING FIT KIRRAWEE

Run by our expert strength and conditioning coach Sam Higham - who's just finished his PhD and has over 10 years of climbing experience - this workshop is an introduction to climbing specific strength and conditioning in the gym. This will be a game changer if you're looking to improve your climbing performance!

  • Learn how you can use the gym to improve your strength and endurance on the wall
  • Reduce your risk of injury
  • Improve mobility and flexibility
  • Cover upper, lower body and core exercises

Plus, at the end of the session, you get a take-home manual of key exercises and training principles - so you can put into practice what you've learnt!
