Special Guest instructor Caroline Dignes is coming to Climb Fit to run some flexibility classes for climbers during May/June. Stretching should be part of your routine, but we know that climbers often skip it, so let Caroline lead you through a tough but super rewarding session. Your body will thank you for it.
