Join us for a Playful Night of Workshops run by some of the best in the Industry - with a focus on Balance (and Fun).

VINYASA FLOW - To kick off the night, we begin with a HUGE Vinyasa class lead by Shawn McLaren (Yoga Hotspot, Climb Fit) under the Climbing walls accompanied by beats from our DJ.This class will Warm you up and get you Focused on the Workshops to come.

FOOD - Meet some of your Balance Lab buddies while we Nourish the body with Delicious Salads and Snacks from our friends at Sprout Wholefoods.

SLACKLINING - What is Slacklining? It's a bit like tight rope Walking (in appearance), but the Experience is like nothing else. The line is loose or slack so it will react to any movements you make, making it difficult but addictive.
Balance is absolutely pivotal in Slacklining as you're trying to stand and walk on a piece of webbing no wider than a 50c piece. You will learn how to stabilise your legs and core in order to control the line. Perhaps more importantly, you will learn how to focus your mind. Your Slackline Workshop will be lead by the leaders in the Industry - Shawn and Max from Feet Off Ground.

ACRO YOGA - Vicky Chapman is here to get you trying some fun Acro Yoga tricks with your new friends. Definitely the most fun you will ever have on your yoga mat!

CLIMBING - Climb with your Friends (or maybe make some new buddies). The team from Climb-Fit will ensure you know all the basics and you get a good Strength workout that will further Develop your new Balance Skills.

 

This event is suitable for those aged 16 +
