Spaces in classes are limited so make sure you get in early!

Abs/Core - a 30 minute class focusing on the entire mid section. Good for all levels of fitness.

Stretch - 30mins of stretching that will be the best thing you do for your body all week!

Mini Spin - a 30 minute spin class for beginners or those who want a quick lunch time workout. Good idea to try this before coming to our other spin classes.

Spin - 45 -60 minutes of cycling. A great way to improve your fitness with a mix of high intensity sprints, hill climbs and long distance flats. Good for those with a basic level of fitness and those tour de France wanna-be's!

Spin/Circuit - 45mins - something different each week - a mix of spin, body weight exercises, core work - you name it! Anything can be thrown at you in this class. Great to keep the body guessing and makes each week exciting!

Circuit - a combination of weights and cardio in a circuit format designed to keep your body guessing. Good level of fitness required - ask our staff if you are interested

Cardio Boxing - a great high intensity workout with a mix of boxing, strength and core work, plus cardio to get your heart pumping. Great for first timers looking for a fun way to get fit. Also great for those who want to be pushed to their limits!

SBS Only Circuit - a 60 Min exclusive class for staff at SBS, combining cardio and weights.

Yoga – by focusing on the link between the breath and the movement of your body, you create a sense of calm. Stretch and strengthen your body - leaving you feeling revitalized. We think climbing and Yoga are made for each other.

Saturday Circuit - Start your weekend right with this sweat session combining weights and cardio. Each week we mix it up so you try new things and never get bored. Great for all levels.
